One-on-one coaching

Individual coaching sessions promote seeing life through a new lens: your talents and strengths. When you know who you are and what you do best, you can invest in your talents and choose behaviors supported by them. Combining these behaviors to consistently reach goals turns your talents into strengths. This new vision allows individuals to approach challenges, both in life and at work, with confidence and energy.

The coaching cycle begins with a GALLUP® CliftonStrengths® Assessment and a report of your top five strengths followed by a debriefing session. A full report is included in packages and entails a ranked list of 34 strength themes.
